A poke bowl is a great way to highlight fish, and this recipe features salted salmon, lots of vegetables, and a tangy dressing made from sriracha and mayo.

Ingredients:
- Salted salmon, cubed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp tamari sauce
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- Mayonnaise
- Hot sauce, preferably sriracha
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds
- Wakame (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the mayo and sriracha.
- In another bowl, mix your salmon cubes, sesame oil, a little sriracha, salt, black pepper, and tamari sauce. If possible, marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- In the final bowl, add the cabbage, avocado, radish, and cucumber slices.
- Add the salmon cubes on top of the base.
- Dress with spicy mayo and add sesame seeds.
