  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut 
  • A few pinches of sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • toppings (fruits, berries, nuts)
