Keto Meatloaf Recipe

Don’t forget to add some veggies or cauliflower rice on the side for a more nutritious meal. 

For the entire recipe, 6 servings, you will need:

  • 2lbs/900g ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup parmesan, grated
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened ketchup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C. Cover a sheet pan with foil. 
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder. 
  3. Add the beef, almond flour, and parmesan. Mix until everything is well combined. 
  4. Shape the mix into a loaf and place it on the sheet pan. 
  5. Brush the mix with the ketchup. 
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes.
