This delicious meatloaf is very easy to make.
Don’t forget to add some veggies or cauliflower rice on the side for a more nutritious meal.
For the entire recipe, 6 servings, you will need:
- 2lbs/900g ground beef
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- ½ cup parmesan, grated
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened ketchup

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C. Cover a sheet pan with foil.
- In a bowl, mix the egg, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder.
- Add the beef, almond flour, and parmesan. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Shape the mix into a loaf and place it on the sheet pan.
- Brush the mix with the ketchup.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes.
