Ingredients:

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • Keto sweetener, to taste, such as stevia or monk fruit
  • ½ cup keto berries, such as blueberries or raspberries 
  • 1 cup washed kale
  • Optional toppings: Low-carb unsweetened coconut flakes, low-carb chocolate chips, and nuts

How to prepare:

  1. Place the can of milk in the fridge overnight to allow it to separate and solidify.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, scoop out the solidified coconut cream from the top of the chilled can of milk. Discard or save the liquid for keto smoothies.
  3. Add keto sweetener to taste and stir until well combined.
  4. Top with keto berries and optional keto toppings like unsweetened coconut flakes, keto chocolate chips, or keto nuts, such as walnuts or pecans.
  5. Serve your keto smoothies chilled.
