Golden maple syrup becomes IT factor to elevate this granola to the next level.
Its so easy and quick that you will fall in love from first bite.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
- Optional add-ins: nuts, seeds
Prep time | Cooking time | Total time |
5 minutes | 15 minutes | 20 minutes |
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden brown.
- Before serving or storing in an airtight container, let it cool down.
