You won’t miss bread in this meal, as crunchy iceberg lettuce elevates this classic recipe to another level. Pairs great with a keto-friendly creamy taco soup!

Ingredients:

  • 6 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2–3 slices of deli turkey
  • 1–2 slices of deli ham
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 3 strips of bacon, cooked
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Lay two lettuce leaves on top of each other for the base and spread mayo.
  2. Place a cheese slice with one type of deli meat.
  3. Add two more lettuce leaves and spread more mayo on top of them.
  4. Add the other lunch meat along with the bacon, tomato, and another cheese slice. Top with the last two lettuce leaves.
  5. Cut into wedges, hold with a toothpick, and enjoy.
