This easy burrito bowl is filled with juicy and delicious beef cuts, stir-fried to perfection. Give it a twist by adding cauliflower rice. It’s low-carb and all-natural – great for the keto diet.


  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 4oz/115g beef cuts, preferably flank steak
  • 1/2 lime, squeezed
  • 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 avocados, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • Taco seasoning or assorted spices
  • Parmesan or cheddar cheese, shredded

  1. Cook cauliflower rice for about 5 minutes until done. Place into a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, add your flank steak, taco seasoning, lime juice, and a tablespoon of avocado oil. Mix them well. If you can, marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Add avocado oil to a pan and add your steak. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side until well browned.
  4. Add flank steak to the bowl with cauliflower rice.
  5. Add the shredded cheese, avocados, tomatoes, and onions to the bowl. Your low-carb lunch is ready to go.
