  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped to a small size
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • Cooked and chopped bacon
  • 2 tsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½–1 tsp sugar-free sweetener
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds

  • Put the broccoli, bacon, and chives in a bowl and combine. 
  • Mix together the cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and sweetener.
  • Spoon over broccoli and toss to combine. 
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend and the broccoli to soften a bit. 
  • Top with nuts just before eating.
