Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen acai berries
- ½ cup frozen blackberries
- ½ avocado
- ¼ cup unsweetened milk, coconut or almond
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp seeds, flax or chia
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- Toppings of your choice: cacao nibs, shredded coconut, or more berries

How to prepare:
