  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen acai berries
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup unsweetened milk, coconut or almond
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp seeds, flax or chia
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • Toppings of your choice: cacao nibs, shredded coconut, or more berries

How to prepare:

  1. Add the frozen ingredients, milk (coconut or almond), avocado, seeds, hemp hearts, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
