Ingredients:
- ½ medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- ⅓ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 70g halloumi cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions:
- Heat half the amount of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add sliced halloumi cheese to the frying pan and fry for a few minutes until golden brown on both sides.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes with cucumber. Drizzle lemon juice and the remaining olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and ground black pepper. Toss well.
- Arrange the halloumi on a plate with the cucumber and cherry tomato salad on the side. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
