This guacamole is low-carb and delicious! It has a lot of flavors and an ideal blend of creaminess and chunkiness.
Ingredients:
- 2 large avocados
- 2 tbsp vegan sour cream
- 1 small tomato, diced
- ½ small red onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ jalapeno pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ small lime
- 1 tsp cumin, ground
- Salt, to taste

How to prepare:
- Carefully remove the seed from the avocado halves. Spoon the flesh into a mixing dish. Fork-mash the avocado to taste.
- Stir in the sour cream. Add tomato, red onion, jalapeno, and garlic. Mix well.
- Squeeze lime into the bowl and season with ground cumin and salt. Stir to combine.
Serve it with seed bread or any other keto-friendly bread. Enjoy!
