Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large avocados 
  • 2 tbsp vegan sour cream
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • ½ small red onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ small lime
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • Salt, to taste

How to prepare:

  1. Carefully remove the seed from the avocado halves. Spoon the flesh into a mixing dish. Fork-mash the avocado to taste.
  2. Stir in the sour cream. Add tomato, red onion, jalapeno, and garlic. Mix well.
  3. Squeeze lime into the bowl and season with ground cumin and salt. Stir to combine. 

Serve it with seed bread or any other keto-friendly bread. Enjoy!
