Grilled Salmon With Fresh Vegetables Recipe

Salmon is a real superfood: protein, omega–3 fats, and essential vitamins. This grilled salmon dish keeps it lean while offering a wide range of amazing, fresh flavors. An amazing way to combine taste and nutrition without spending too much time or money!

Ingredients: 

  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 medium cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 115g/4oz salmon filet, raw
  • ½ cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions: 

  1. In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. Add salmon filet and toss to coat.
  2. Heat a grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Place salmon filet and fry for 4–5 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve grilled salmon on a plate with lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with dill, and enjoy!

*NOTE: Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste or use your favorite spices instead.
