Salmon is a real superfood: protein, omega–3 fats, and essential vitamins. This grilled salmon dish keeps it lean while offering a wide range of amazing, fresh flavors. An amazing way to combine taste and nutrition without spending too much time or money!
Ingredients:
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 medium cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 115g/4oz salmon filet, raw
- ½ cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. Add salmon filet and toss to coat.
- Heat a grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Place salmon filet and fry for 4–5 minutes on each side.
- Serve grilled salmon on a plate with lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with dill, and enjoy!
*NOTE: Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste or use your favorite spices instead.
