Grilled Pork With Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 3oz/84g pork chop, raw 
  • ½ cup lettuce, chopped 
  • ½ cup cucumber, chopped 
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 
  • 1 small tomato, chopped 
  • 1 pinch garlic powder

Instructions: 

  1. Marinate pork chop with half of the olive oil, a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. 
  2. Preheat a grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Place pork on the grill and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side. 
  3. In a bowl, assemble lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, and dill. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything well. 
  4. Serve grilled pork on a plate with vegetable salad. Enjoy!
