With tender and juicy meat and a fresh, colorful salad packed with veggies, it's a meal that's both delicious and nutritious.
Ingredients:
- 3oz/84g pork chop, raw
- ½ cup lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup cucumber, chopped
- ½ cup spinach
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 pinch garlic powder

Instructions:
- Marinate pork chop with half of the olive oil, a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat a grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Place pork on the grill and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, assemble lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, and dill. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything well.
- Serve grilled pork on a plate with vegetable salad. Enjoy!
