With juicy pork and fresh spinach, it’s like a superhero team-up for your taste buds.

Ingredients: 

  • 4.4oz/125g pork chop, raw 
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1½ cup cherry tomato, halved 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch thyme, dried

Instructions: 

  1. Season the pork chop with salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. 
  2. Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat, add pork chop, and cook for 7–8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 
  3. Serve fried pork chop on a plate with spinach and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Enjoy!
