Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 red bell peppers, julienned
- 8 pods of green beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Ground paprika
Instructions:
- Place your chicken breast in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. If possible, marinate for about an hour.
- Using a grill pan or grill rack, cook the chicken for 6 minutes on each side.
