Greek Yogurt With Seeds and Berries Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, 4% fat
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp blueberries
  • 4 drops stevia liquid
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, unsalted
  • 4 small strawberries

Instructions: 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Toast for 2–3 minutes until crunchy.
  2. Leave one strawberry for serving if desired, and mash the others with a fork in a bowl.
  3. To a jar or a bowl, add Greek yogurt and mix it with toasted seeds, stevia liquid, and mashed strawberries. Top with blueberries and a strawberry. Enjoy!
