We are talking about our delicious Greek yogurt with berries and chia. Bonus: add some crushed nuts for more texture.

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, 4% fat
  • 1⅓ tbsp chia seeds
  • 40g/¼ cup walnuts
  • 3 small strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 drops stevia liquid

Instructions: 

  1. In a serving bowl, add walnuts and top them with Greek yogurt. Then, mix in stevia liquid.
  2. Garnish with strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds. Serve and enjoy!

*NOTE: Feel free to substitute our suggested sweetener with any other sugar-free sweetener you have.

**NOTE: Feel free to use frozen berries.
