This Greek chicken is super easy and only needs a few ingredients, but it’s bursting with flavor. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast, bone-in
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ tbsp Greek seasoning
  • Salt, to taste

How to prepare:

  1. Combine olive oil, Greek seasoning, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Put the chicken into a resealable bag and pour the mixture over it. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Place a skillet over high heat and sear the marinated chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Set to low heat and add the onions and garlic.
  5. Stir for about 3 minutes, then add the tomatoes. Let it cook for 3 more minutes.
  6. This recipe serves nicely with other keto diet options like Greek salad or low-carb vegetables.
