This Greek chicken is super easy and only needs a few ingredients, but it’s bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast, bone-in
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- ½ tbsp Greek seasoning
- Salt, to taste

How to prepare:
- Combine olive oil, Greek seasoning, salt, and lemon juice.
- Put the chicken into a resealable bag and pour the mixture over it. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Place a skillet over high heat and sear the marinated chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
- Set to low heat and add the onions and garlic.
- Stir for about 3 minutes, then add the tomatoes. Let it cook for 3 more minutes.
- This recipe serves nicely with other keto diet options like Greek salad or low-carb vegetables.
