Garlicky Mushrooms Recipe

Get extra kick of flavour with fresh rosemary. Use this recipe as a side dish for your lunch or dinner as well!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper 
  • 1 tsp rosemary, fresh
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F/160°C. Chop the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Discard the stems. 
  2. In a bowl, gently combine the mushrooms, olive oil, and all the seasonings except for the rosemary. 
  3. Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with pan spray. Spread the mushrooms evenly over the sheet tray. Place the rosemary in between the mushrooms evenly. 
  4. Bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes in the oven, moving them around slightly halfway through for even cooking. Serve hot!
