Fried Tofu with Cucumber Recipe

Cucumber and parsley will bring crunchy element to your breakfast meal.
Ingredients:
- 4 tsp olive Oil
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 4.5 oz/ 125 g tofu
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 2 tsp tamari

Instructions:
- Drain off the excess liquid of tofu and slice it into small cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix together tamari, sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Add tofu and stir well.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add tofu with sauce and fry until brown.
- To a serving bowl, add chopped lettuce, sliced cucumber, tofu cubes, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
