Fried Tofu, Avocado, and Chia Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 135g/4.7oz tofu
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 small avocado, chopped
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 pinches dried oregano

Instructions: 

  1. Cut tofu into cubes. 
  2. Season tofu cubes with salt, ground black pepper, dried oregano, and smoked paprika.
  3. Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu to the pan and fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until crispy. 
  4. Assemble avocado and fried tofu on a serving plate. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle chia seeds on top. Enjoy!
