Fried Eggs With Bacon and Veggies Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 15g (1 slice) bacon, raw
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 4 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • ½ small cucumber, sliced

Instructions: 

  1. Fry the bacon slices in a pan on medium-high heat until crispy. Remove the crispy bacon from the pan and set it on paper towels to drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a separate pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs straight into the pan and cook for about 2–3 minutes or until the desired doneness. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Serve fried eggs on a plate together with fried bacon, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Enjoy!
