Ingredients: 

  • ½ medium cucumber, sliced 
  • ½ small avocado, sliced 
  • 1 tsp olive oil 
  • 20g/0.7oz bacon, raw
  • 1 medium egg 
  • 1 pinch salt 
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper 
  • 6 medium cherry tomatoes, quarters 
  • 1 pinch basil, dried  
  • 80g/2.8oz pork sausage, raw 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes, or until the desired doneness. Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. 
  2. In the meantime, heat a separate frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the sausage for about 2–3 minutes, add bacon, and fry until crispy. 
  3. Serve fried egg, sausage, and bacon with avocado, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber on a plate. Sprinkle a pinch of dried basil and drizzle lemon juice over the vegetables. Enjoy!
