Fried Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cup spinach
  • 2½ tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4.6oz/130g chicken breast, raw
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 medium cherry tomatoes, halved

Ingredients: 

  1. Rub the chicken with minced garlic and season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. 
  2. Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan or a grill pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and no longer pink inside. 
  3. Serve the fried chicken on a plate with spinach and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle the rest of the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. Enjoy!
