Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp onions, chopped
  • ½ celery stalk, chopped
  • ¼ avocado, cubed
  • ½ tsp dill, chopped
  • 1 bacon strip, cooked and crumbled
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

How to prepare:

  1. Boil both eggs for about 10 minutes. Peel and dice the boiled eggs once done.
