Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp onions, chopped
- ½ celery stalk, chopped
- ¼ avocado, cubed
- ½ tsp dill, chopped
- 1 bacon strip, cooked and crumbled
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste

How to prepare:
- Boil both eggs for about 10 minutes. Peel and dice the boiled eggs once done.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, squeezed lemon, and mustard, along with salt and pepper, to make your low-carb dressing.
- In a bowl, add the eggs, onions, celery, avocado, and dill.
- Add the dressing and toss well.
