Pair the perfect sunny-side-up eggs with creamy avocado and sweet bell peppers for a quick and easy go-to keto breakfast.

Ingredients:
- ½ medium avocado, sliced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 medium egg s
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 1 cup arugula leaves
- ½ medium bell pepper, sliced

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry for 2–3 minutes for sunny side up or until your desired doneness. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Add sliced avocado, bell pepper, arugula leaves, and fried eggs to a serving plate. Season with more salt and ground black pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
