Ingredients:

  • 1lb/450g ground beef
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large pickle, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
  2. Heat the canola oil in a skillet and cook the ground beef until browned. Transfer it to a baking dish.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the same skillet and cook until the onion is soft, and add it to the ground beef in the baking dish. 
  4. Mix in the mustard, tomato paste, salt, and pepper until well combined, and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes. 
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the pickle, tomato, and sesame seeds over the top before serving.
