The classic flavors of a cheeseburger make this casserole a winner for anyone following the keto diet. Now you can enjoy the taste of your favorite fast food without the carbs.
Ingredients:
- 1lb/450g ground beef
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large pickle, thinly sliced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
- Heat the canola oil in a skillet and cook the ground beef until browned. Transfer it to a baking dish.
- Add onion and garlic to the same skillet and cook until the onion is soft, and add it to the ground beef in the baking dish.
- Mix in the mustard, tomato paste, salt, and pepper until well combined, and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the pickle, tomato, and sesame seeds over the top before serving.
