Dirty Keto Banana Bread Recipe

When the craving for bread gets to you, bake this keto-friendly banana bread. It’s perfect for breakfast or a tea-time treat. Serve it warm and spread with butter.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp stevia liquid
  • 1 large banana, mashed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup pecan nuts, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ (180℃).
  2. Spray the bottom and sides of a 5″ x 3″ loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients, except the pecan nuts, together in a medium-sized bowl. 
  4. Mix the wet ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. 
  5. Slowly add the mixed dry ingredients to the mixed wet ingredients, stirring until they are well combined. 
  6. Add the chopped pecan nuts. Save some to sprinkle on top of the loaf. 
  7. Spoon the batter into a loaf pan, sprinkle the remaining chopped pecan nuts on top of the batter, and place in the oven to bake for 25–35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
  8. Slice and serve warm with butter.
