Crispy Tofu Lettuce Wraps Recipe

A light yet satisfying crispy sesame tofu cubes served in lettuce leaves. Enjoy them alone or share them with your friends and loved ones.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup tofu, cubed
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika
  • 3 lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. Drain off the excess liquid of the tofu and slice it into small cubes. 
  2. In a bowl, mix together tamari, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Add tofu and stir well. 
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add tofu and fry until crispy.
  4. Place lettuce leaves on a serving plate and add crispy tofu cubes into the middle of each leaf. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

*NOTE: Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste or use your favorite spices instead.
