Mix it with cream and chicken for the ultimate keto plate.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup roasted broccoli, chopped
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 2oz/60g mushrooms, sliced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

10 minutes + 1 hour marination | 15 minutes | 25 minutes + marination time |
How to prepare:
- In a resealable bag, add the chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, olive oil, and garlic.
- Seal the bag and shake until fully coated. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Place a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook each side for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Add sliced onions, mushrooms, and chicken stock.
- Add the spinach once reduced.
- Add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir well until combined. Add the chicken to the low-carb creamy sauce, and enjoy!
