Cream Cheese Zucchini Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, 34% fat
  • 6 leaves fresh basil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut zucchini into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer. 
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add zucchini noodles and garlic powder, and cook for 3–5 minutes, until tender. 
  3. Add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, ground black pepper, and a little bit of water (about 3–4 tablespoons). Stir well. 
  4. Serve on a plate. Garnish with basil leaves. Enjoy!
