Shepherd’s Pie with Cauliflower Mash

This keto-friendly Shepherd’s Pie is just as hearty as the original and has everything we love.
The healthy keto version of this meaty treat includes a flavorful meat filling, veggies, and a cauliflower topping.
Just try not to eat it all straight from the pan!
For 1 serving, you will need:
- White onion, chopped, 0.25 cup
- Carrot, chopped, 0.5 cup
- Celery, chopped, 1 medium
- Cauliflower, chopped, 0.75 cup
- Butter, 1 tbsp
- Salt, 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper, 1 pinch
- Garlic powder, 1 pinch
- Beef, ground, 0.65 cup
- Olive oil, 4 tsp
- Parmesan, grated, 1tbsp
Here’s how to prepare it:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
- Place cauliflower, parmesan cheese, butter, salt, and ground black pepper in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles mash. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, and celery, and sauté for 4–5 minutes.
- Then add the ground beef and garlic powder and cook for 8–10 minutes.
- Place the beef mixture into a baking dish and top with cauliflower mash.
- Bake the dish in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Creamy Cottage Cheese Pudding

With just a few key ingredients, you can make the best keto cottage cheese dessert that melts in your mouth
For 1 serving, you will need:
- Cottage cheese, 4% fat, 4 tbsp
- Vanilla extract, 4 drops
- Heavy cream, 36% fat, 5 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon, 1 pinch
- Raspberries, 1 tbsp
- Stevia liquid, 4 drops
Here’s how to prepare it:
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla extract, stevia and mix in the cinnamon.
- Gently fold in the cottage cheese, but do not over mix. Let the pudding set in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes.
- Serve with raspberries.

These fluffy keto pumpkin cupcakes are one of the best things the fall season can offer you.
This dessert is perfect for rounding out your colonial keto dinner. And it will make your kids very happy too!
For 6 servings, you will need:
- Avocado oil, 1 tsp
- Eggs, 4 large
- Pumpkin puree, 0.5 cups pure
- Unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled, 4 tsp
- Erythritol, granular, 2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract, 2 tsp
- Ground cinnamon, 2 tsp
- Almond flour, 6 tsp
- Baking powder, 1 tsp
Here’s how to prepare it:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
- Line 6 muffin tins with foil or silicone liners and spray the with oil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin puree, melted butter, erythritol, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add the almond flour, whisking patiently until the batter is very smooth.
- Mix in the baking powder.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake until the muffins are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (22–25 minutes).
- Transfer the muffins to a cooling rack and let cool completely before enjoying. The texture will be better when they reach room temperature.
