                                                                Served with tomato wedges and drizzled with a zesty lemon dressing, this cod filet is flavorful, simple to prepare, and keto-friendly.
Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2½ tbsp olive oil
- 6oz/170g cod filet, raw
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 small tomatoes, wedges

Instructions:
- Heat half of the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cod filet and fry for 4–5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Serve the cod filet on a plate with tomato. Drizzle the dressing over the cod filet. Enjoy!
