Ingredients:
- 1 cup low-carb almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons powdered stevia
- 3 tablespoons cold almond butter, diced
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Optional add-ins: dried fruit, vegan chocolate chips, nuts

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix both the flours, salt, baking powder, and stevia.
- To make a crumbly texture, continue cutting in the cold almond butter.
- Mix in the low-carb milk and any desired add-ins.
- Dust some flour on a flat surface. Transfer the dough onto it and shape it into a 1-inch thick round.
- Cut the dough into 8 triangles and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes. The scones should turn lightly golden brown.
- Enjoy them warm with vegan butter or jam.
