Cilantro Lime Grilled Tofu Recipe

Perfectly balanced sauce of tamari, lime juice and some seasoning will become a game changer in preparing tofu meals.

Ingredients:

  • 6.5 oz/ 180 g tofu
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lime juice 
  • 1 tbsp tamari 
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Drain off the excess liquid of tofu and cut it into slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix together tamari, lime juice, salt, and ground black pepper. Add tofu slices and stir well. 
  3. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Add tofu with sauce and fry until brown. 
  4. Serve fried tofu slices on a plate and sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy
