Elevate tofu to another level!
Perfectly balanced sauce of tamari, lime juice and some seasoning will become a game changer in preparing tofu meals.
Ingredients:
- 6.5 oz/ 180 g tofu
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:
- Drain off the excess liquid of tofu and cut it into slices.
- In a bowl, mix together tamari, lime juice, salt, and ground black pepper. Add tofu slices and stir well.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Add tofu with sauce and fry until brown.
- Serve fried tofu slices on a plate and sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy
