This mouth-watering Chuck eye steak that you can have on a keto diet is an amazing dinner option to enjoy with the whole family.

For one serving, you will need:

  • 5oz/140g Chuck eye steaks
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • ½ tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
  • ½ tbsp fresh chives, minced
  • ½ tbsp red chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Place them in the fridge for 1–2 hours uncovered. 
  2. Meanwhile, mix the butter with the parsley, cilantro, chives, and chili flakes. 
  3. Mold together and store covered in the fridge until you cook the steaks. 
  4. Preheat the grill to high and brush with some avocado or coconut oil. 
  5. Cook the steaks for 10–15 minutes and top with the herb butter.
