Chicken Stir-Fry With Sesame Seeds Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 medium bell pepper, strips 
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds 
  • 2½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful arugula leaves 
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Ground black pepper, to taste 
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice 
  • 125g/4.4oz chicken breast, raw
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika

Instructions: 

  1. Chop chicken breast into strips. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika. 
  2. Heat olive oil in a wok or a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and fry for about 4–5 minutes. Then add bell pepper and stir-fry for a few more minutes or until the bell pepper becomes tender. Stir in sesame seeds and lemon juice. 
  3. Serve in a bowl, garnish with arugula leaves, and enjoy!
