A combination of tender chicken, crunchy veggies, and toasty sesame seeds is exactly what your taste buds need.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium bell pepper, strips
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful arugula leaves
- 1 pinch salt
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 125g/4.4oz chicken breast, raw
- 1 pinch smoked paprika

Instructions:
- Chop chicken breast into strips. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a wok or a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and fry for about 4–5 minutes. Then add bell pepper and stir-fry for a few more minutes or until the bell pepper becomes tender. Stir in sesame seeds and lemon juice.
- Serve in a bowl, garnish with arugula leaves, and enjoy!
