Chia Seed Porridge With Berries Recipe

Very delicious and, more importantly, easy to make, this recipe is perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1½ tbsp Greek yogurt, 4% fat 
  • 2 drops stevia liquid 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 
  • ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened 
  • ½ tbsp blueberries 
  • 3 medium raspberries
  • 1½ tbsp almonds, chopped

How to prepare:

  1. To a saucepan, add almond milk and bring it to a boil. Then, mix in chia seeds and cook, constantly stirring, for 2–3min or until the porridge thickens. 
  2. Adjust the consistency by pouring some boiling water if necessary. 
  3. Mix in stevia, chopped almonds, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter to the porridge. Garnish chia porridge with blueberries and raspberries. Enjoy!
