Cheese, Ham, and Egg Breakfast Bake Recipe

A baked egg breakfast is easy to make if you're cooking a weekend brunch for a crowd. Just cook the ham, eggs, and cheese in a casserole dish and serve your hungry guests with a fresh tomato salad.
A baked egg breakfast is easy to make if you're cooking a weekend brunch for a crowd. Just cook the ham, eggs, and cheese in a casserole dish and serve your hungry guests with a fresh tomato salad.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3.5oz/100g sliced ham steak
  • 8 large eggs
  • 6oz/170g shredded cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic flakes, dried
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉ (200℃).
  2. Pour the olive oil into the base of a medium-sized casserole dish.
  3. Cut the ham steak into bite-sized pieces, place it in the bottom of the casserole dish, and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Break the eggs on top of the ham steak pieces, and bake for 25 minutes or until the whites are set and the yolks are soft.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic flakes, and onion powder, and then top with the shredded cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes and serve immediately.
  6. Top with everything bagel seasoning and serve immediately.
