Cheese Crust Egg Wrap Recipe

So here you have a crunchy egg wrap recipe, perfectly keto-friendly and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium eggs
  • ⅓ cup avocado, sliced
  • ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 slices lean pork ham
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 2 pinches garlic powder
  • ¾ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on the bottom of the pan to cover everything evenly.
  2. Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. When the cheese in the pan starts to lightly brown, pour in the eggs and move the pan around to cover the whole bottom of the pan. Cook for 1-3 min or until eggs are set and the cheese develops a golden brown crust and easily lifts up from the bottom of the pan. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. To one side of the cooked eggs add sliced ham and avocado, then season everything with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Fold the eggs on itself.
  5. Serve the wrap on a plate with halved cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!

NOTE: feel free to garnish the meal with fresh herbs or sprouts of your choice.
