So here you have a crunchy egg wrap recipe, perfectly keto-friendly and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium eggs
- ⅓ cup avocado, sliced
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 slices lean pork ham
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 2 pinches garlic powder
- ¾ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on the bottom of the pan to cover everything evenly.
- Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder.
- When the cheese in the pan starts to lightly brown, pour in the eggs and move the pan around to cover the whole bottom of the pan. Cook for 1-3 min or until eggs are set and the cheese develops a golden brown crust and easily lifts up from the bottom of the pan. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- To one side of the cooked eggs add sliced ham and avocado, then season everything with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Fold the eggs on itself.
- Serve the wrap on a plate with halved cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
NOTE: feel free to garnish the meal with fresh herbs or sprouts of your choice.
