Feel free to serve it either with keto bread or in any other way you wish. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup squeezed lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices low-carb bread
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional toppings: Add avocado slices, lettuce leaves, or tomato slices.

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil for 10 minutes until soft.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and puree until you reach the desired texture. You can leave some chunks for added texture or blend until smooth for a smoother spread.
  3. Serve this keto breakfast with no eggs as a spread on low-carb bread or lettuce wraps.
