Cauliflower spread is an excellent hummus alternative.
Feel free to serve it either with keto bread or in any other way you wish.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup squeezed lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices low-carb bread
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Optional toppings: Add avocado slices, lettuce leaves, or tomato slices.

How to prepare:
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil for 10 minutes until soft.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and puree until you reach the desired texture. You can leave some chunks for added texture or blend until smooth for a smoother spread.
- Serve this keto breakfast with no eggs as a spread on low-carb bread or lettuce wraps.
